Emily and Alex

Emily (24) and Alex (25) are both recent graduates of Campbell University who are on vacation at Oak Island. Financially the two are in a good position with the ability to enjoy there vacation. They are both health advocates who enjoy eating healthy and like to frequent the farmers market for homegrown organic products. Both of them are active on social media platforms and get most of there information from a quick google search about the best products around that are local and sustainable. They stray away from anything frozen and imported due to the lack of information surrounding where its been and the chemicals used to preserve its quality. The couple decided on seafood tonight and is looking for something fresh, local, and sustainable that is moderately priced.
Donna and Frank

Donna (57) and Frank (62) are both retired living on Oak Island. Both of them worked for JP Morgan in there younger years which allowed them to establish a nice retirement fund. Donna is a diabetic and frank has a wheat allergy which limits there ability to eat certain foods. Donna tends to get most of her information about local businesses by word of mouth and Frank gets his from the local paper and buddies at the golf course. Some of there main challenges are finding places around the Island that are convenient while at the same time allowing them to eat what they enjoy due to dietary restrictions. They both are quite indecisive and like some help when it comes to the purchase process. The couple enjoys walking on the beach every night in order to stay healthy. Tonight, they are looking at available seafood markets on the Island to get some local and fresh grouper.
